Jones Soda is dropping HFCS and going to cane sugar.
I forsee my already-huge soda budget going freaking NUTS. All I'd really need is for IBC to go to real sugar instead of HFCS and I'd be set. (IBC is good enough that I like having it around, but I admit that I feel weird about having sodas for my friends that have HFCS instead of real sugar. If they fixed that, no worries.)
Well, that and Havana Cola coming back in at Central Market - they've let the regular sell out and all they're left with is the diet. AGAIN.
But anyway, I love Jones, and having real sugar means that I'll be guzzling more of that. (Strawberry Lime Soda is a great big YUM in my book.)

| | Our company moved about two and a half years ago. Before, we were right across the street from the Jones Soda headquarters (which is just a little brick street-side building). Now I'm about six blocks away from it. So it's a little harder to just walk across the street and grab a freebie out of their fridge.
Damn. Now I want one but it's 2:15 in the morning. Fortunately, there's a convenience store a couple blocks away. I'll be right back.
Okay, they only had two flavors in stock, Fufu Berry and Blue Bubblegum, so I got one of each. Mmmm... High Fructose Corn Syrup... |
